Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you can expect to receive the refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States for FFL items (which require a FFL transfer). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can usually be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with duPont/Krieghoff, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase. These terms apply to all sales made through our website and in-store location.
Eligibility and Age Verification
All purchases of firearms, ammunition, and related products are subject to federal, state, and local law. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (21 for handguns where applicable), are legally permitted to purchase and possess the product(s) ordered, and have not been convicted of a felony or any other disqualifying offense under applicable law. duPont/Krieghoff reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service where eligibility cannot be verified.
FFL Transfer Requirement
Firearms purchased online cannot be shipped directly to a buyer. All firearm orders must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your state. It is your responsibility to arrange an FFL transfer and to comply with all applicable background check requirements under the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). duPont/Krieghoff is not responsible for delays or denials resulting from the background check process.
Export Restrictions and Legal Compliance
The export of firearms, shotguns, ammunition, and related components from the United States is strictly regulated by federal law, including the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of State. duPont/Krieghoff does not export firearms or controlled items outside of the United States without proper export licensing and authorization. Any order placed with an international shipping address for a firearm or controlled product will be cancelled. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all applicable export laws, import laws, and regulations of their country of residence. duPont/Krieghoff makes no representation that products available for purchase are appropriate or legal for use in any jurisdiction outside the United States. Any violation of these restrictions is solely the liability of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, duPont/Krieghoff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in Indian River County, FL with the prevailing party recovering reasonable attorney's fees.
Changes to These Terms
duPont/Krieghoff reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
